Safety and Repair
- Safety and Repair is open to male identifying individuals over the age of 18.
- Group program that is delivered virtually.
- There are 10 sessions that take place once a week.
- Participants in the group must have been involved in an incident of intimate partner violence.
- Participants do not have to be a father or be in a caregiving role to participate in this program.
- The program works through 3 phases to explore gender-based violence. Phase 1 involves establishing safety, Phase 2 prepares participants to repair harm in relationships, Phase 3 involves supporting people to repair harm in relationships.
- Safety and Repair is available in the Eastern, Northern and Western Regions of Nova Scotia.
